1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, registering an account with, or using the phphpg platform (accessible at phphpg.cam and any associated mobile-optimized versions), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease use of the phphpg platform and may not register or maintain an account.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register an account and use the phphpg platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited under Philippine law. phphpg reserves the right to request proof of age (government-issued identification such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID card, or Philippine Identification card) at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and all funds forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. If you are deemed legally incompetent or are under any form of legal restriction that prevents you from gambling, you may not use the Platform.
• Residency: The phphpg platform is intended for residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. We reserve the right to restrict or deny access based on geographic location.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other gaming authority. You must not have previously self-excluded from phphpg or requested account closure due to gambling-related problems.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) account with phphpg. Multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. If we detect that you have opened or are operating more than one account, all such accounts will be closed, bonuses voided, and winnings forfeited.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set forth above. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration and Verification

To access certain features of the phphpg platform, including real-money gaming, deposits, and withdrawals, you must register an account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on government-issued identification)
• Date of birth
• Valid Philippine mobile phone number
• Residential address in the Philippines
• Email address
• Username and secure password

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. Failure to provide accurate information or failure to update outdated information may result in suspension or closure of your account and forfeiture of funds.

• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: If you deposit using a bank account or credit card, we may request a copy of your bank statement or card (with middle digits obscured for security) to verify ownership.

All documents submitted for verification are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are stored securely. Verification typically takes one (1) to two (2) business hours. Until verification is complete, you may be restricted from making withdrawals, though you may continue to deposit and play. Refusal to provide requested documents or submission of fraudulent documents will result in immediate account closure.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phphpg account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with any third party
• Allow any other person to access or use your account
• Use another person's account
• Transfer, sell, or assign your account to any third party

You agree to notify phphpg immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phphpg shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized use of your account, except where such unauthorized use results from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4. Deposits and Payment Processing

To play real-money games on the phphpg platform, you must deposit funds into your account. Deposits can be made using any of the payment methods supported by phphpg, which currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), online banking transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and others), over-the-counter payments (7-Eleven CLiQQ, Cebuana Lhuillier, M Lhuillier, Palawan Pawnshop), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20).

4.1 Deposit Requirements

• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you personally. • Lawful Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your phphpg account are derived from lawful sources and are not proceeds of crime or illegal activity. phphpg complies with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and other relevant authorities.
• No Chargebacks: Once a deposit is confirmed and credited to your account, it is final and non-refundable. You agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with your payment provider. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account closure and legal action to recover funds.

4.2 Processing Times and Fees

Most deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your account instantly. Online banking transfers typically process within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. Over-the-counter payments may take up to one (1) hour to confirm. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT) typically confirm within ten (10) minutes, depending on blockchain network conditions.

phphpg does not charge fees for most deposit methods. However, your payment provider or bank may charge transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges. You are responsible for any such fees imposed by third parties.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

You may withdraw funds from your phphpg account at any time, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible (e.g., if you deposited via GCash, your withdrawal will be sent to your GCash account).

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

• Identity Verification: Before your first withdrawal, you must complete the identity verification (KYC) process described in Section 3.1. Withdrawals will be held pending verification.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500).

7.1 Game Results

All game results are final and binding. Once a game round is complete and the result is displayed, it cannot be reversed or modified unless a technical malfunction is confirmed by phphpg. In the event of a malfunction, affected game rounds will be voided and stakes refunded.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, all bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the governing sports body. If an event is postponed or canceled, bets will be voided and stakes refunded unless otherwise specified in the specific sport's rules. Dead heat rules, abandoned matches, and other scenarios are governed by standard industry betting rules.

7.3 Disconnections

If you experience a disconnection during a game round (due to internet connectivity issues or device problems), the game round will continue to completion on the server side. When you reconnect, you will see the result of the interrupted round. Your balance will reflect any winnings or losses from that round.

• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using any software, scripts, or automated tools to play games or place bets.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

phphpg reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended period of account inactivity (more than 12 months)
• At your request (self-exclusion or voluntary closure)

Upon account closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided your account is in good standing and all verification requirements have been met. Bonus funds and pending wagering requirements will be forfeited. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from account suspension or termination where such action is taken in accordance with these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The Platform and all games are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to maintain continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from bugs, viruses, or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of phphpg shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the phphpg platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting phphpg customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue legal remedies.

We will investigate your complaint and respond within five (5) business days. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player protection division.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and phphpg and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

Failure by phphpg to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your account or any rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. phphpg may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without restriction.
